Clips for Scholarships $10 haircuts will benefit for the RMHC Scholarship Program on Sunday, September 19th 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4 participating salons.
The RMHC Scholarship Program assists eligable students who face limited access to education and career opportunities.
